yum yum good eats right there... needs some bacon grease for seasoning about a tbsp with the butter salt and pepper... and under 1 min ??

We love rutabagas but I have arthritis in my hands so they are hard to cut. Someone said peel them and cook then in the microwave whole until they get soft enough to cut and then finish them off in a pot. I add salt, pepper, butter and a little bit of sugar to mine. So good!

I've never eaten one. Heard they are similar to a turnip, and those are a big NOPE for me lol I wish I did like that sorta thing, because they are so easy to grow.
