Spidey wins mid-diff. For several reasons.
1: Spider-sense counters surprise and stealth. It'd also warn him of surprise gadgets like exploding batatangs.
2: Spidey physically outclasses both Bane and Killer croc while being smaller and agile which means Batman would be facing a max venom bane who can keep up with him but worse.
3: Web-shooters Bats will escape eventually but it won't be instantly.
4: Spidey is FAR faster and more agile than he is. Heck he can't keep up with Nightwing in agility and Spidey outclasses Dick.
5: Spidey is smart, likely scary smart. It's hidden behind a goofy facade but he's no idiot.
6: Stamina goes to Spidey. He had to face the entire sinister six in one night while hunted by silver sable for a bit. He was also poisoned by scorpion which weakened him and caused hilucinations similar to scarecrows fear toxin but he also had to traverse the city while dying and create a cure. Batman dealt with similar with the snake girls poison but he required Alfred to make and send the cure to him. Spidey went to his lab to make it personally while dying the entire time. Plus healing factor fixed him up afterwards.
