Get friends that don't judge and stick with them. One of my buddies went the corporate route and makes 600K a year and my other friend and I have small businesses and make about 60K a year and there's never any friction or judgment between any of us, only encouragement and good times. We're all happy af and love our jobs. We're all on different paths on different journeys, there's no comparing apples and oranges.
