Quick Start with Arduino - for Beginners

This video is absolutely for beginners to start projects with Arduino board. I will be uploading some Arduino project, for which this video will be useful. Arduino will be used as brain of the robots.

Why are you using a 330 Ohm resistor at 2:29? I 'm just starting to learn so I could be wrong but doesn't a white LED have a forward voltage of 3.5v and consume 20mA and the Uno outputs 5v? So, if the voltage difference is 1.5v (5v Uno - 3.5v LED) and you divide that by 0.02 (20mA of the LED) you get a resistance needed of 75 Ohms.

Before posting my above comment I looked up the lowest voltage and amperage I could find for an LED. It was always red and it needed 1.7v at 10mAs. So 5v - 1.7v = 3.3v. 3.3v * 10mAs = 330 Ohms. So 330 Ohms the the maximum resistance ever needed for this circuit.
