One thing that has changed for United is the likes of Leicester, Southampton, West Ham, Leeds, ie middle ranking clubs all have awesome recruitment departments. Love these pundits saying Ten Hag doesn't have PL experience so that's a concern.

The Four biggest and best managers in the league didn't have PL experience before coming to this league and then becoming successful.

Ten Hag WILL be successful if he's allowed to bring in 10-15 players (however long that takes) as well as selling the 15 players currently that are utterly useless and arrogance

But with Van Gaal and Mourinho there wasn’t this same genuine talk about a new project, actually building something. There was still a quick fix mentality and you could see it with the transfers. More importantly we just had Woodward and scouts that clearly weren’t right working on transfers, they have now left. With Rangnick and Paul Mitchell working on recruitment instead this summer could really be the start of sorting
