Nick Pope has been outstanding for Burnley, I can see there been a lot of admirers for this lad. And he'll want to be in premier league so as not to harm his World Cup squad chances.

I'm an Everton fan and the ONLY reason Burnley was in the conversation was Nick Pope! Unreal last 6-8 games, what a stand-out goalkeeper, he is way too good for the championship. WORLD-CLASS! Jordan Pickford did the same for us, just unfortunate for Nick he ended up on the wrong end of the relegation battle.

I feel for Burnley fans and the city of Burnely. I have never been there, but I understand that it is a relatively poor city (maybe I'm wrong about that). This leveraged takeover of the club had danger and risk written all over it from the start. It just seems wrong.

as a Claret I'll tell you we would have been down 5 games ago with Dyche in charge. We didn't batter Norwich, we were dreadful. Playing Thursday away at Villa and home to Newcastle on Sunday with a small squad didn't help - but over the season we have been dreadful and deserved to drop

Burnleys owners should get deducted points for robing their own fans by not spending any cash on their squad... owners who pocket everything should be made to spend a certain amount every year and should have to answer why they don't spend a penny

Their football wasn’t pretty but for a small struggling town to have a club stay in the Premier League as long as they did is quite an achievement. Until this leveraged buyout by the new owners they were run well off the pitch as well and lived within their means. Pope and Tarkowski will definitely get snapped up by PL teams but they have a mostly championship squad.

We were bottom of the league we didn't score against Norwich home and away and our form was dismal.And we had won a total of 14 games in 68 matches in the past two seasons under dyche.Thats why he was sacked.Its alright saying we should of kept him but look at the evidence the club was going backwards.Unwilling to buy foreign players and clueless about tactics.Stoke city were good under Tony pulis for years and years and I don't see any clubs after him.
