I actually learned a valuable lesson at the buffet. Whether it’s worth it or not, It won’t be at all if you got food sick. Just eat enough to make you full but keep some space for the dessert. Don’t push it with the meat. Eat normally like you would, alter between veggies, some carb and meat, this way is much healthier for your digestive system. or really, just eat how you like, we don’t put value on things equally. Be happy to think that you won’t need to wash all the dishes after, don’t have to clear up the table or care about anything after. *Don’t drink, just sip*, this is the only key for eating buffet or even for generally.

Me and my dad literally got kicked out of a chinese buffet. We spent about an hour eating and talking and then had a 30 min long phone call and then felt hungry again and went back for more. The owner then came over and said "You go home now, no more food. You be here 2 hour!" Proudest moment of my life

Its not only the cost of the meat, but the man hour to prepare the condiments and sauces, the dish washing, the variety of foods available (drinks, salads, fruits, ice creams). If you are to prepare them youself at home for 1 person exactly as in the restaurant, it will cost much more. unless you are preparing for maybe 30 person then its cheaper at home
