Making your money work for you. That's the dream right? Instead of trading your time for money, what can you do to put your money to work, so that it pays you?

The world tells you to put your money in a 401K, in an IRA, in an Annuity, in the Bank, etc. None of these are good investments. They are all a gamble, and they don't meet my criteria for a good investment.

In this video I share the 2 things that I invest in every day, and the 3 criteria that I test every investment by to ensure they will really allow my money to work for me.

I do both..real estate buy and then wait for capital appreciation, once the location of the place booms then i resell it

A lot of that stuff is geared towards retirement. Get penalized if you touch it before your 65 or so. Mainly for saving for retirement. But I'm sure there are better ways to invest.
