I did a deposition interpretation once whereas the person I was interpreting for kept starting his sentence with “ so what you are saying is...”. After 2-3 similar instances, I started to neglect interpreting this “phrase”. The plaintiff’s attorney grilled me and threaten me that I would be blacklisted.

This interpreter didn't do a good job. Not accurate and she has a bad accent.
