I'm just cutting grass, weedeating, trimming shrubs, and pruning a few trees. Get up leaves in the fall but leave weeding of the shrub beds and mulch to others.

I feel you brother I’m 52 years old and my body is aching every day have to take 2 Aleves every day to be able to function I’ve been doing this for 40 years since I was a kid with pops but age is our worst enemy in this line of work and employees are another thing you have to deal with one day they show up another no show I’m tired of it man but I also have to thank the Lord Jesus for giving me work every day.

Collegen powder in your coffee if you drink coffee but 2 tablespoon every morning will ease your pain I had broken both knee caps n surgery in 2010 knees were always wrapped up if went out anywhere but sence using the collagen powder knees don't hurt anymore and haven't been wrapped up since using this product also swelling has gone down alot
