Hello,

I have tried contacting Mahle via email but had no reply for weeks. There is an issue with my X20 motor hub where the power assistance is not being delivered correctly. It is cutting out and kicking back in. You can hear it clearly in this video I uploaded. I only purchased the bike 6 months ago and it has less than 100 miles on it (blame british weather!). Can someone please get back to me ASAP.
