I loooove kimchi grilled cheese- though I usually use gouda and mozzarella because the mildness means the kimchi really shines. Its even better if you crush up a garlic clove into the butter before spreading it on the bread, and sprinkle a dash of black pepper when frying off the kimchi.
Also, kimchi quesadilla's with cheese, cabbage, green onion and minced pork = the best.

I've been wanting to try Kimchi and include it into my diet because I heard that it can help with acne. My acne is no where near super bad, but I still wish my face was a little clearer so I might just give these a try! :)

@ Tasty, young lady, all 3 recipes looked great, i like kimchi & i like the sour hot with no sugar, i especially like the real thing from Asia where it is fermented in barrels in the heat. I'm 57 yr. old irishman from rural Kentucky & we eat almost anything & i will not say what, as I do not want to disgust your viewers, lol. Spam is a household staple in Kentucky & per capita, Hawaii is # 1 in spam consumption, & Ky is # 2. You would be hard pressed to find a house in most homes in Ky., that do not have at least 1 can of spam in the pantry, also cans of potted meat, vienna sausages, & jars of dried/chipped beef, all Armour brand products. You have a great voice & personality for a tv food site, God bless & please stay safe
