Nice and succinct, thank you. Am I right in thinking that SAP Companion for Desktop only really makes sense in supporting SAP ECC, and SAP Companion should be used for browser products like SAP Concur? Or can SAP Companion for Desktop also support SAP Concur and conversely can SAP Companion also support SAP ECC?

Outside of SAP, the context help doesn't quite work for me yet. In Windows Explorer, for example, the context help is always based on the title of the window, i.e. the title of the currently open folder. However, I would like to display the help everywhere in Explorer, regardless of the folder. How can I achieve this? I have tried a few changes to the page attributes so far, but without success. I also have the same problem with Word files. Here too, help is only displayed if the Word document has exactly the same title as in the recording. Would be super grateful for any help.
