As an American, when I read that title, I was like "oh boy here we go" lol.

As an American I've noticed very few British people ever go to middle America so they don't really get the big picture of what we are really like.

Somtimes when I travel to another state from Massachusetts I actually feel like I'm in another country... we are not all the same and I love it.

I once had to explain decimal currency to an elderly US tourist; it was his first time in UK since WW2 and was expecting sixpence, threepenny bits and half crowns, and was confused by 10, 20 & 50p pieces.Bless him.

As an Egyptian who first lived in the UK and now in the United States, I enjoyed this video. I’ve lived in Manchester for 2 years before moving to Los Angeles where I’ve been living for 3 years now.

This is a sociological study. I love the way you put the camera right in front of them, capturing the body not in a journalistic way.
I find particularly interesting the use of the word "cousin" in this context... This is your best video.

As an American and Texan who is proud of the culture I have, I agree with the man around 10:49. Don’t forget your mistakes, but don’t let your mistakes overshadow the great things your nation has done. Love you cousins.

"Fat and lazy"? Fat - ok. But lazy? Never heard that one before. Nah, don't think so.

USA is so vast you can't really judge, they don't have a single shared trait!
I like the ones I've met !

I'm an American, and I am not overweight, in fact I work out 6 days a week. I also am very much aware about not speaking too loudly in public.

American checking in. The array of these opinions is about what I expected. For what it's worth, nearly all Americans will award anyone with an accent from the UK with +10 IQ points so you all have that going for you.

Living as a German in the US and being married to an American, all your interviewees were spot-on in their own way. Being from Schleswig-Holstein (Angles, you know), I still feel more of a bond with the British :-).

nglish who went to America: "They were incredibly kind"

Also I think the guy at the end was right that English should be proud, as English accomplishments have quite remarkable

Personally, I've got nothing against Americans. I've never had a problem with them. What I dislike about America is the government, though. But that's another story... I've learnt an important lesson when I was younger namely that people don't always feel represented by politicians and their actions.
