Neighbors say historic home now squatter house

Inside the home, there was garbage, clothing and even pieces of the walls laying inside the house.

Its 1 thing for them to squat but every one I see they are destroying the property, so im losing any pity I may have had on them , there is no excuse for destruction .

So, I've heard several of these kinds of stories, and nearly all of them are owned by a bank. The bank takes the property for one reason or another and then doesn't bother to do anything with it. So the house sits empty, deteriorates, and ends up being a a squatter haven. The police can't do anything without the owners, and the bank that owns the house doesn't care. So maybe we should start holding the banks responsible for the homes they own, just like everyone else is held responsible.

Small Landlords also require stimulus checks.  Too many tenants are squandering the stimulus checks and NEVER paying a cent in rent.
