Ok so apparently when i heard the lyric "everybody wants to be my enemy" just makes me think that it screams sg Optimus so much so i decided to make this (probably not my best decision). But yeah I hope ya'll enjoy!

Shattered Glass this is my favorite universe, it’s a pity they didn’t show it on TV at all, otherwise there are many pluses of changes in the character of the characters factions have now changed Autobots are evil and Decepticons are good and hasbro with this experiment could earn a lot of money if they wrote the history of different bots well

I like the idea that in this universe Optimus appeared to want to help Megatron and become friends but when he had the power he betrayed Megatron trying to kill him by throwing him out a window witch he survived and low leads the decepticons against Optimus’s war mongers.

I think the Aligned continuity has the best potential for Shattered Glass given the slight differences in ideology Prime and Megatron have compared to other continuities.

It's funny to think this is actually how Megatron sees things. In his mind, Optimus was his friend who became corrupted by power and betrayed everything they stood for.

Isn't everyone talking about how well the slight redesings fit the Aligned continuity?

Megatron has less sharp ends on it's shoulders, arms and possibly Legs, is still the one we know, but Isn't threatening at all

Meanwhile, the Stoic and smart Optimus is replaced with this familiar design, which is now turned into a somewhat scary, deranged and threatening figure with the slight addition of the sharper ends on it's shoulders, arms and hands that the OG megatron Had

Holy shit I fucking love this! The way you made the colors contrast against eachother, to make it represent the relationship's between the characters, it's all genious! And I just personally love the black silhouette's on bright background with only eyes/small features shown, so it may be a little biased, but still, the animation's and the editing's amazing!

I was hoping that this was from (normal) Megatron's point of view, were he thought that his actions were all for the better cause and felt betrayed when his best friend turned against him. Every villian is the hero of their own story after all.
Still, nice video and Shattered Glass deserves more focus.
