Blue and yellow are opposite color. So it really depends on which shade of blue, and which shade of yellow. However wavelength for green is between wavelength for yellow and wavelength for blue so you're really getting wavelength left that's being reflected. However if you mix it on computer paint with pure blue and pure yellow you get gray,

You need Yellow and *_CYAN_* to make Green, Yellow + *_BLUE_* makes a desaturated and dull shade of Green...

You probably added more blue because i was mixing yellow and blue and it turned to that color
