Hero Dad Saves Family From Flood in Pennsylvania

It was a nightmare as a family was trapped in raging flood waters, with their car pinned to a fence that looks like it’s about to give way. But a backhoe driver and some other good Samaritans ride to the rescue in the heavy-duty vehicle. One man beckons to the dad, who is up to his waist in water and holding his child. He lifts another child to safety on top of the car, and then another. They get into the basket of the backhoe and are off to safety. #InsideEdition
