Are these brushes better than the Princeton select brushes?

I know the vid is a year old but I was wondering can you use acrylic gouache with any of these brushes or the princeton neptune brushes. I own a set and I've only used watercolors with them but I wanted to try acrylic gouache and I didn't want to accidently damage my set if their not compatible.
