The first sound can be produced by the metal light posts and traffic lights when it's cooler and windy outside, especially when it's quiet and high buildings are around to echo the sound. The wind causes the metal to creak, and those posts are hollow, so they amplify the sound (and so do the multi-story buildings). During the day time a lot of the sound is drowned out and mixed into all the traffic and people sounds, but not so during the quiet mornings. I've experienced this many times when going out during cool, windy mornings downtown when it's quiet and the sun is just rising. Anyway, that's what I think the first sound is. Now, I guess I should watch the rest and see if there's something else I recognise.

The sound that was recorded in Bratislava, Slovakia its similar to the sound that I heard somewhere when I was traveling I think in Djibouti or Ethiopia

getting ring cameras for the outside of my house made me feel much better about paranoia I get sometimes living alone. I've only picked up my cat's mom and dad walking by on my porch though. I never get anything fun or exciting, for the best honestly.

As a Spanish person, let me tell you that, if the sound of the first chapter was real and so loud as it appears to be, there would be NO PEOPLE in their houses, all of them would be on the street or at the windows looking for the noise and complaining about it, so there's no way it can be real hahaha

I reckon that the noise is a result, of the accumilation of earthbound ambient louder transport and other sounds reflected of the atmoshere like CBs using term called skip using atmosphere to bounce a signal of the levels that would reflect them. These are sounds getting relected in the same way.

As someone who has worked maintenance, the first sound is very familiar to a metal cylinder being blasted with a power washer. It could simply be a street cleaner out of shot using a power washer to clean a garbage can or something similar. We used to start work in the early hours and when there is no other noise, everything resonates off the buildings and sounds much louder. Also, blasting a metal garbage can with a jet of water creates it's own speaker effect anyway.
