As soon as a plaintiff says, no, I didn't have it checked by a mechanic, you're done. You don't do your due diligence and the end result is sorry for you. Then coming on TV and admitting to tax fraud is yet another issue. The ignorance is simply stunning. The smirk on the defendant's face is more than telling. He's a crook but she is naive. A VERY expensive lesson. My dad told me that the best lesson is a bought lesson. She bought one.

8:18 This guy is smiling because he knows he screwed her over. Evil person that he is. Also he told her “you have to put oil in it every day “! That right there is a huge red flag!🚩

I’m sorry, I never feel bad when people buy “as is” vehicles, then get pitiful when it breaks down. If you don’t take it to a mechanic AT LEAST take someone with you who can tell if there is an issue with it smh

“I’m not helping the buyer your honor, it was for her to pay lower taxes” 🙃

I'm glad JM called out the used car salesman. I hope he's out of business. These guys are so grimey.

She obviously didn't know anything about purchasing a vehicle and understanding the terms of the contract. She should have taken an experienced person to help select a vehicle and explain the contractual terms. Then had a mechanic check the vehicle over especially since it was used and cheap. The plaintiff was too anxious and purchased a piece of junk he probably stole off the side of the road before the tow truck could get it. Hopefully she's learned a lesson and will do better next time. The defendant will get what's due to him because karma will bite him in the butt.

She thought "as is" meant he can't sale her a lemon. 🤦🏾‍♀️ sadly you walked up and paid no questions asked smh

Makes me wonder how there's not a cop waiting for them outside the courtroom door waiting to arrest them for tax fraud. 🙄

Sad to watch, "as is" means just that but it's wild to see just how many people seem unaware of how to perform due diligence in these occasions.

Wow she doubled down on her stupidity by not swapping the car out EVEN for something of lesser value when the sleazy used car salesman OFFERED instead of junking it for $300 and ultimately losing virtually 100% of her money 🤦🏻‍♂️
