This SWISS ROLL trick blew my mind!

✨Recipe from Barbara Bajon:
20ish chips ahoy cookies
⅓ cup milk
1 ¼ cup Heavy Cream
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Vanilla Extract
3.5 oz Chocolate
¼ cup Heavy Cream

Directions:
1. Place crumbled chocolate chip cookies in a bowl and combine milk until fully a dough.
2. Spread out on parchment paper and roll out as flat as possible.
3. In a separate bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and a splash of vanilla. Whip up until creamy.
4. Spread the whipped cream on the flattened dough and start to roll up as tightly as possible. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
5. In the meantime make little cookie balls with remaining dough.
6. Melt chocolate and add in ¼ cup heavy cream, melt in microwave.
7. Drizzle or spread the chocolate mixture over top the roll, and place in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
8. Pipe some of the cream overtop placing the cookie balls at the peak.
9. Cut, serve, and enjoy! 😊

These look so tasty! Just wanted to give a bit of advice on the melted chocolate: if you add a bit of oil to the chocolate and mix it together, it makes the chocolate thinner, and easier to drizzle :-)

Not sure if anyone else has already said this yet but just wanted to let you know !

Hi just saw your vid about mochi ice cream so hears an easy recipe

Step 1 get four scoops of ice cream or how many you want to make then put them in the freezer.
Step 2 take the rest of the ice cream and melt it in the microwave.
Step 3 add glutenise rice flour ( I don’t use mesorements I just measure with my heart but I’ll tell you that you need a lot if you don’t want it to be sticky )
Step 4 whisk until thick.
Step 5 cover it with saraan wrap poke a few holes and put it in the microwave for about 1 and a half minutes.
Step 6 take it out and nead it (it will be hot so be careful)
Step 7 instead of using cornstarch to nead use butter.
Step 8 then flatten out the dough and use the icecream scoops you saved and that’s it.
Also I would recommend not to use parchment paper❤
