This SWISS ROLL trick blew my mind!
✨Recipe from Barbara Bajon:
20ish chips ahoy cookies
⅓ cup milk
1 ¼ cup Heavy Cream
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Vanilla Extract
3.5 oz Chocolate
¼ cup Heavy Cream
Directions:
1. Place crumbled chocolate chip cookies in a bowl and combine milk until fully a dough.
2. Spread out on parchment paper and roll out as flat as possible.
3. In a separate bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and a splash of vanilla. Whip up until creamy.
4. Spread the whipped cream on the flattened dough and start to roll up as tightly as possible. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
5. In the meantime make little cookie balls with remaining dough.
6. Melt chocolate and add in ¼ cup heavy cream, melt in microwave.
7. Drizzle or spread the chocolate mixture over top the roll, and place in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
8. Pipe some of the cream overtop placing the cookie balls at the peak.
9. Cut, serve, and enjoy! 😊
