Not long ago, at a home very, very close by...

Lucy has been hired to sell a house, whose owner has had difficult with renters. Unhappy with being ousted from their home, the renters make a huge mess of the pool right before the house is to be shown to a prospective buyer. Upon discovering the sabotage, Lucy and her friend Jonathan quickly set out to clean up the pool before the buyer arrives. However, they are about to discover that the disgruntled former tenants have left behind something even more sinister...
