1) It was 100% human. It looked like they had a hoodie on their head but not wearing it and then having a dark shirt and pants/shorts on plus the video is very grainy with a low FPS rate.
2) Looks more like his kids playing a prank on him.
3) The weird movement comes from the person being on stilts. Just another pranks.
4) Oh look, a paranormal video from a paranormal channel. Yep, everything you see in those video is 100% real. NOT!
5) Really? Are you not smart enough to realize that the low frame rate, grainy video and night time make crappy video? I bet I could buy one of those cheap China made security cameras and see the same exact effect.
