Prince William snubs Queen Camilla during heartfelt speech to father King Charles

Prince William has appeared to snub Queen Camilla during a heartfelt address honouring his father King Charles III after the coronation concert on Sunday.

Reports had earlier claimed Prince William was to give a heartfelt show of support for both Charles and Camilla.

During his speech, the prince praised his father's accomplishments in campaigning for the environment and creating the Prince's Trust Awards – which has helped over a million disadvantaged young people.

The heir to the British throne referred to his late grandmother's declaration of hope for the future during her own coronation and said he knew she was fondly keeping an eye on them.

“As my grandmother said, when she was crowned, coronations are a declaration of our hopes for the future,” William said.

“And I know she's up there, fondly keeping an eye on us. And she would be a very proud mother.”
