I like in Polish dubbing the fact, that they changed the line from “Aye, day care or dragon-guarded castle” to “Of course, such a tower is even better than dormitory” (No jasne, taka wieża to nawet lepsze niż internat)

Queen: Estonian
Donkey: Dutch

Fiona: French (so sweet <3)
Shrek: Latin Spanish and russian (both so intense and fluid)
