love how this ends on a premise for a whole new seinfeld episode.
"they weren't over medium they were over easy!" kramer doesn't believe jerry can really tell the difference and makes him some eggs to try. they end up arguing about whether then eggs kramer cooked were over easy or over medium, to which george becomes an unwilling referee. elaine thinks they're crazy, but the next day at work her colleague borrows a pen but returns one that appears identical yet is somehow different, causing her consternation. back at jerry's the argument has escalated with kramer bringing new dishes one after the other to test jerry on, all with slight variations on the standard recipe to see if he can tell. elaine has a full blown conspiracy theory going about why the colleague gave her a different pen, while george has visited the diner where jerry ate the eggs, got creamer instead of milk in his coffee, and now believes they're switching around people's orders for some kind of social experiment.
