How i would do it is everyone is it and their main objective is to tag people before they tag you. If you get tagged you have to sit down. If both people tag them at the same time, tbey would have to do rock, paper scissors whoever wins will keep standing and whoever loses sits down. On random occasions I will shout banana split and everyone is back in for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, it is fair game.
