honestly the only characters designs adaptations that didn't change that much from the game to the series/Haven't changed in a way that bother are:
• The CupBros: They just made the shape/size of the heads of them be the same
• King Dice: Literally just made the clothes colors lighter
• The domino "couple": only changed the shape of the eyes and a little of lipstick (thanks @Titanruler1020 for noticing the lipstick xD)
• the bee cop (I honestly prefer the series design)
• The chubby purple demon: Just changed the colors of the gloves

i think they only changed most of the charater's looks in the show to make it more bright and cartoony

I really like this video but there was one thing you missed so in cuphead the milatary rat well in the last phase of the boss the giant cat there are these ghost rats and you can see one of them at the same part with the same ghost with the eyeballs it is located at the bottom left kinda

I have no idea why but the baby in the second episode, the way he just pouts his face and says "Mama" for some reason, it reminds me of the Devil, during the phase of which he is crying

Great vid but you missed one: Mangosteen, the 8-ball miniboss, is pictured on a tent when the devil is pretending to be a carnie to get Cuphead to remove an invisible sweater. Otherwise, great vid, because I didn't notice Cagney or Pip and Dot.

For me people are just going too harsh with the show, it's pretty obvious that they're just world building and then it will get more like the game
