We recently spent some time in one of our FAVORITE southern cities-- Charleston, South Carolina! While much of our time there was spent working, we did manage to get out and explore the city's historic side and try some delicious food over the course of 24 hours.

Nice video. One thing, that is not the old slave market. The enslaved were old several blocks south. There is a museum dedicated to the history of the enslaved, too. I saw your van on my way walk home a while back. If you come back let’s meet up!

I wanted to go to Charleston, SC for some time. My Charleston SC experience was sitting in traffic. I am sure that it was a nice town at one time and that is why people keep showing up here. Traffic, traffic everywhere. I am out of here and not coming back.

Best tacos ever! The other great place, Minero, was a block from your van. Closed now

What method of dog-sitter search do you use while travelling? Rover type app or?

Bring me some of that cheese dip ASAP.

Also- “I believe that anything in burrito format is true food.” Chris, I love you. That belongs in your Instagram bio or on a bumper sticker. 😂

Enjoy you vids, but FYI the Charleston City Market was never used in the buying and selling of slaves. Enslaved people would frequent it as it used to be a farmer's market. There is one of the last standing slave markets in the nation The Old Slave Mart not too far away.

You were 10’ from my house! And picking the bridge for a run 😂 I walk it and Uber home. FYI, great docs at the bottom of the bridge . Next time take a tour with the Trouche sisiters. You will get the real history. NOT THE SLAVE MARKET. There is a whole other market.a couple of blocks south...looked like you were near it before you found the hat man. Too bad it was Sunday, best cheese ever (not in France) right there on Church St. by the hat man. You can’t get lost...water on 3 sides. Next time you come, let me know, I will take you up in the steeple at St. Michael’s

Very fair skinned myself. I can turn so red when exerting myself I have had people want to call an ambulance. Not exaggerating.
