I still use a P30 pro. Hardware and build quality is excellent and this was the last phone to come standard with the Google services. I think the new phones look great, but I'm not prepared to sideload apps and deal with all the issues that comes with that.
The new Honor phones look almost identical to the Huawei phones and they come with full Google services. That could be an option.

Such a shame as they're phones are great but I think it's pretty much over for them now

I am using huawei nova 7i from past and a half year I don't use many social apps but my banking apps and necassry apps are working fine

As someone who lives in germany, honestly, 5G is like nonexistent. Never seen a 5G plan in my life, it's all 4g standard or 4g+ 4.5g whatever

The P50 pro design is elegant and full of features (incl photos) that are well thought. However, the price and no GMS are deal breakers. I am not a big fan of GMS as it is very intrusive but the sad truth is that there is no close replacement for it in Android world.

I still think Huawei is a great firm that deserves a better recognition. It is a shame that it does not get fair treatment in the world.

P20 and pro
Same like wiht p30
Honor 8x and honor 9x
Now I use p 40 secend phone 9x it's for me best phone

Can't see it selling many. No Google, no 5G, and a ridiculously high price, I don't know why they've bothered releasing it outside of China

If Huawei can lower their price to a reasonable degree, I wouldn't mind going back to it. Google is fast becoming invasive especially with their peripheral apps that HAVE TO WORK with Google only and you cannot uninstall them. Google assistant goes on in my phone even though I'm not talking, if that isn't invasive, I don't know what is.

I have a P30 Pro and I love it, but I'm not gonna switch to this phone, the lack of GMS and 5G is too much to lose for that price. I wish things were different but alas, it is what it is.
