The thing is that, just like this, you can make jokes about these sensitive topics and still not get cancelled/be a dick. And that is what makes a good comedian.

'It' and 'oh gross, what is that' fit alot of people these days.
I went to a new doctor one time. In the new patient packet they questioned what your pronouns were. I wrote that if the doctor is not smart enough to figure out what pronouns to use by my name and my appearance, she was not smart enough to be my doctor. The thought crossed my mind that they quite possibly would refuse to see me. But they did see me and the ladies at the front desk got a big kick out of it. I used that doctor for years!!
