Tiropita Cypriot Halloumi Cake

Ingredients
5 eggs
400ml Milk
400ml Canola Oil
650g Self Raising Flour
500g Halloumi, grated
1tea Baking Powder
1/2 bunch Fresh Mint, chopped
Sesame seeds to sprinkle

Instructions
1- Lightly beat the eggs and add milk, canola oil, self raiding flour, baking powder and mint.
2- Fold through the halloumi.
3- Grease a Bundt tin or muffin pans and pour mixture.
4- Sprinkle sesame seeds over mixture and bake at 180c until golden brown.
