This is a really good video, as always mate. One question for you:

I have the same Breville machine. I’m currently doing 18g, 36g 1:2 ratio, and the shot seems to be pulling well enough (it’s a steady pour) and takes 30 seconds. But the taste isn’t right. I know it because I’ve tried this coffee from my local coffee shop and it tastes amazing there but it doesn’t taste as good for me at home.

What would you suggest I could try here? I’m not expecting to get it exactly like it is at the coffee shop, but I think there’s a lot more flavour I could be getting out of these shots.

Any help would be awesome 😊
