Is it correct that when the flower is browning that that flower should be pruned as well?

What are some tips to held with humidity for the plant? My home does not retain a lot of humidity.

I have a peace lily I received 2 years ago (from my sister's funeral) and it has been re-potted once. Recently, it started to droop & now all the leaves are drooping. Some of them are yellow. I don't want to lose it but I am afraid that once I start trimming the leaves I will do more damage than good. Any suggestions or advice?

My goodness, is that the most annoying music imaginable? Steve's sound is difficult to hear plus the static in the background is even more distracting. Can you just cut out the music? Slow down the actual cutting--isn't that what this vid is supposed to be about?
