If I can't go to the gym and I'm trying to beat my max that is 195lbs and I have access to a curl bar bigger than a average curl bar but smaller than a barbell and I floor press 100lbs for 4x25 to 2x25 aswell as bridge floor press can I increase my bench even if it's just by 5lbs. Because to me if I bench 200 twice wouldn't it be equal to bench pressing 100lbs 4x? Or if that's wrong will it still do anything?

Is your E3, stock or have you done any mods???
IE. main board, print drivers, direct drive etc??
