Following Mike’s course, we started from scratch then merged with a biz that owned a franchise

Franchise sucks!!! Their goal is to make money from “management fees” which really means forwarding emails to the franchisee, and selling uniforms, crappy training, and everything else they think can make them money. Our biz partners did EVERYTHING and then had to pay a monthly fee back to the franchise

Franchises are the worst lol. Between what you pay for the account plus royalty fees, you're lucky if you break even. It's not what you make, it's what you take home.
