There are many native American legends involving dinosaur-like creatures existing in remote places in the US, such as Champ the lake monster in lake Champlain, in Vermont. It's supposed to be similar to the loch Ness monster, and local native American tribes have stories of it that go back centuries. The lake is over a hundred miles long, and it's nothing but countryside and swampland bordering the entire lake, except for in Burlington, so it is definitely possible that it could still exist there without being seen very often (although there have been quite a few recorded sightings over the past two hundred years or so..).

I really do think that humans and dinosaurs existed together. We have the cave paintings LOTS of them from around the world, and there were foot prints discovered in Africa. A human footprint in the now stone but was once mud underneath a dinosaur foot print. Yes they existed together. A serious question for creationists out there. Why couldn't God have created dinosaurs too?

Is there any actual evidnce of a Metereor hitting Earth though? I think they deffo lived with humans when you hear all the legends of Humans fighting with Dragons. The word dinosaur wasnt created till the 1800s at the most so Dragon may have been the maon title for any large creature as for the flying part well Pterosaurs could have been mistaken for the Dragons that we all know of. Hope this makes sense. Also it's been proven that Lizards don't stop growing so if a Lizard had a long enough lifespan and the correct living conditions. There's lots of possibilities that they could have grown really large. Reptiles are the best creature for evolution.

There is nothing to rule out the possibility that there were some small populations of dinosaurs that survived. And were hunted down eventually. Perhaps, stories of dragons where based on real encounters with a few last dinosaurs. After all, mammals, reptiles, sealife, insects did survive to continue till now. Not all life was extinguished.

I don't know why historians and scientist still think that a "comet" killed everything off. Too many things that don't make sense about that "theory". also, to many questions.

The Dinosaur painted with man-hunting is very interesting...they would not paint it if there were no Dinosaurs around, , they painted what was happing in that time

In Peru there are stones with giants or humans riding the dinosaurs like horses. Just google Peru dinosaur stones.

Its either the incas, aztecs or mayans but one has a temple with stone art carved into the side depicting a human riding on the back of a dinosaur very similar to the one in the cave art here

Did anybody else notice that the "dinosaur" drawing was different compared to the other drawings in the cave? It looked like a quick outline hastily drawn compared to the other drawings.

Reasons like this are why I love science. Everything that's not in law is subject to change and the fact that this kind of enlightenment contradicts the popularized theory should be cause for celebration.
