In 2022, the National Institute of Mental Health reported that around 40 million adults in the U.S. suffer from anxiety, making it the most common mental illness. Despite anxiety disorders being highly treatable, only about 37% seek treatment, often due to a lack of understanding, fear of judgment, and stigma.
