The European Commission has presented concrete measures to reduce the EU's greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% by 2030 from 1990 levels. While 'Fit for 55' is the world's first tangible plan to target carbon neutrality, critics argue it is too weak and too slow.

The problem with plan B is that it sucks. If it was any good it would be plan A. Looks like we're getting close to plan omega. Another problem is we're stepping down to the next plan as the previous plan did not do enough so not only are the next plan a worse more costly plan, it has to cover for the lackings of the previous plans.

In Europe the manufacture steel for almost any use. They make Cruise Ships, steel pipes 4 feet in diameter 100 feet long by the millions. Complete electric powered ferries, ship them to Canada. Coal and Iron makes steel,
