NPK needs to be timed depending on the stage of the plant when required.

My grandfather mad his living as an organic gardener. His go-to fertilizer was a tea mad by mixing a few five gallon buckets of bunnie dropping, an equal amount of half composted hay in a plastic, food grade fifty-five gallon drum, then filled to the top with water and left to sit in the sun all summer. He'd and more tea ingredients as needed. Each plant got about a quart of tea a day, and the results were amazing.

Anxiously awaiting your results!

Course I have tried my own experiments but definitely not with the type of control I am anticipating from you

Keep up the hard work that you do, that benefits so many. New to gardening and because if you have invested in citrus & fruit trees to start in containers( especially figs) what's growing on is so good thanks for sharing so much in the garden info

Thank you for letting us follow along and learn from you. I appreciate you very much.
Honestly I don’t see how you or anyone can handle all of these negative people and their negativity

I use compost from rabbit droppings, and sometimes bone mill for rooted veggies, and I've had way more success than miracle grow, or any chemical fertilizer. I also put 2 yr. aged wood chips on my garden that have turned into black dirt. God's fertilzer for our garden. Amazing.

I really believe it comes down to what stage of growth is the plant and what type of plant we are growing..some plants want high N at start and balence mid season and higher PK during late stage ❤❤

I think the differences will be smaller than most think. For the typical backyard garden. Would like to see a baseline 20-20-20 too.

Now if one is trying to grow a state record sunflower or world record giant pumpkin that is a different story. But those cases are very niche though.

You will find out which one is best for your soil. Others would have to run same test to see which works best for their conditions. The fertilizer that best replaces what your soil is lacking will work the best.

you want high n/ low k during veg state, then high k/low n for flowering/fruiting

Depends what phase of growth a lot of plants are in, when flowering higher phosphorus is better

This is exactly what I'm interested in knowing. I've spent so much time $ energy on all kinds of ratios of fertilizer and I can say I'm not exactly sure if it made a huge difference in the end

I would also like to know if synthetic is organic which produces better?
