About Michael A. Singer:

Michael A. I am in recovery plus I am close to finishing my addiction license clinical hours but have to face my past to explain why I had legal issues many years ago. This is what I needed to know. I asked a question within…”what does self-care really mean?”…I found my answer through this teaching. To love myself is to take care of my “lower self”. I take care of my lower self by releasing the load that I stuff down over it all of these years. Oh this is beautiful and very doable.

At the 10 minutes mark I find myself alternating smiling with grimacing. I can only say I'm guilty (and lazy and anxious and eminently ineffectual). But who is counting? I am. I see myself not accepting/avoiding what is. Not smart or helpful.
