Been doing these since 2019, sitting in my room, today I am on my way to sing the national anthem at the circuit of Americas, then do a big show in Austin tonight. Believe in yourself! I was a broke kid from a small town who chose to follow a passion everyone said we couldn’t. Believe in any dream you have!! Whatever it may be🙏🏾

I started it more 2 months ago
Now i can sing easily any of tough songs ..
Tip : breath and hold air in your stomach
Then slowly practice these exercise
You can improve very fast
NEVER GIVE UP

I was a Soprano 1 and permanently damaged my voice when I was 21. I gave up and started smoking and dropped to an alto range. Tried this the first time last month and I couldn't last 7 minutes without failing to vocalising even q squeak.

I'm currently two weeks off cigarettes and I can sing half the exercise and most of the ranges! Been hydrating a lot too <3 I thought I was a goner. Keep practicing everyone and take care of your health/voice!

For those of you hiding or worrying about how loud the exercises are. Take a straw in a water and sing through the straw not only will it not be quieter but it will strengthen your vocal chords!

Day 2: it’s getting easier. After I did this yesterday, I restudied proper technique for head and chest voice as well as falsetto, proper breathing and staying relaxed. Remembering how the exercises go now, on top of reminding myself how to use my voice correctly helped me go further today!

*30 day challenge completed*
*Week 1*

Day 1: ✅ (Throat pains slightly on the super high notes, but opening the back of the mouth and loosening the tongue helps)
Day 2: ✅
Day 3: ✅ (Feeling signs of smoothness, especially my lip trills. Felt throat pain on B5 and C6 notes, rest are fine)
Day 4: ✅ (Whistle tone starting to come, tone feels much more consistent)
Day 5: ✅ (Didn't sleep well so felt tongue tension at first, but tone improved gradually. Stretching the tongue from time to time helps. Keep sipping hot water after each exercise)
Day 6: ✅ (Feeling much more comfortable even with the super high notes, can feel the whistle tone coming. Consistency is everything!)
Day 7: ✅ (Loving the progress)

*Week 2*

Day 8: REST
Day 9: ✅
Day 10: ✅ (Finding much more ease in my singing)
Day 11: ✅

*Week 3*

Day 15: ✅ (half-way through)
Day 16: ✅ (Had a studio recording of our original song at 3am. Absolutely aced it, best ever tone I've felt till now)

Day 18: ✅ (Pushing downward for breath support helps control the melody better *think of pooping lol*)
Day 19: ✅ (Singing seems so much easier. Definitely following this routine forever!)

Day 21: ✅ (Happy 2023!)

Day 25: ✅ (The super high notes are not a problem anymore :) )
