This is the Aussie Vocal Coach Alto Vocal Workout. The vocal exercises in this workout are designed to improve your vocal range. Each exercise increases in range so please make sure you sing just above your comfort zone. You want a strong voice not a strained voice. The vocal range of the exercises is F3 to F5 however you don't need to sing every note as the exercises cater for both high and low altos.

Seriously this workout is wow
I worked out for just 2weeks and my voice was totally transformed....I recommend this to alto singers looking for the just perfect workout for a better voice..

This has been super helpful for me! I'd consider myself a low alto, and found exercises 3 and 4 to be the hardest. But after a few weeks of practice I've extended my highest note and am super happy. Thanks a lot!

The fourth exercise was the most challenging for me on the higher end. Thanks for posting this. I have been singing for most of my life but never doing exercises. I am almost 50 now and I am becoming aware of how many bad habits I have accrued over the years. It is definitely taking some focus to learn good habits and not fall back into the comfortable but bad ones. :)

This was really helpful, I noticed you using swahili words for the exercises... 'Kanyaga' which translates to step, walk, move ahead, and 'tena' which translates to again

As a nearly 57 year old man it is fun to be able to sing this without going into falsetto. Still a bit trying, but fun. Two years ago I would have fallen flat on my face. Practice pays.

I haven’t sang properly for many years due to asthma, but I managed all these, except the 3-4 highest ones in exercise 4. Change from chest voice to head voice is very creaky, but other than that it was excellent. I’ll keep doing this and see how it goes, thanks!

my goal is to hit g5 notes with mixed voice. since my daily vocal workout is already too long, i will do it day yes and day no, but if i feel like doing it i will do it in "no days", i will do it for 3 weeks.

day 1: Done. it's probably easier than it should be.
