With Active Backup for Microsoft 365 Portal is there a way to export a complete mailbox as a .pst file? I know I can recover to a mailbox then export from the mailbox but it would be nice to have the ability to export it directly.

DO NOT buy SYNOLOGY products.
Every version update they strip out more & more functionality, and you are basically STUFFED, becasue the security updates are in the os updates
in many cases those os updates, even for minor versions demand that all the apps are updated...
and then you find you have have to have registration or licenses to support those apps that are left.
or you have to leave you device PERMANENTLY connected to the internet to auth the packages via a registered account.

so much for "air gapped" storage.

They are gradually turning into what QNAP was 5 years
not to mention the kit is woefully underpowered as regards bandwidth... yep you can have a 10 G card.... but only 50% of it can be used because it saturates the bus or cpu threads.

and as for the 365 backup

1. it is NOT reliable.
2. MS shuts it down becasue it floods MS with file requests
3. IT DOES NOT BACKUP ALL DATA
4. IT IS NOT SECURE.
