N-acetyl cysteine, commonly known as NAC, is an antioxidant that comes from the amino acid, L-cysteine. NAC can support your body's lack of cysteine and you can extremely benefit from an adequate intake of NAC supplements. I'm about to turn 65, and I've been taking 1300 mg of NAC, with 1300 mg of glycine for about three months, now, about 30 minutes before going to bed. I fall asleep in minutes, wake up early, and walk 6000 steps before breakfast. I never get sick, and feel better than I did 20 years ago. No adverse side effects, here.

I've been on NAC for 6 months, it has greatly increased my breathing ( I have COPD) and consequently has assisted my energy levels and ability to exercise. As a side effect it is also darkening my hair. I'm a 74 y.o. male

Taking NAC for many years with alfa lipoc Acid.. NAC saved my life. Remove a forty year old painful cyst the size of a golf ball from between my legs and cysts removed from my kidney and other places. I feel like I am 16 and I am now 95 years old..

NAC helps me with anxiety and panic attacks. Plus when I would end up in the ER because of heart palpitations and shortness of breath, doctors would say that there was nothing wrong with me. All these health problems and ending up in the ER several times began after I got jabbed. Right now I feel better because of NAC and other supplements I've been taking.

I've been using Nac for two weeks. I have mild Copd. I noticed a difference in my energy levels. My cardio workouts are better due to me getting more oxygen. Overall no side effects. 1200 MG. A day. Like it so far. I'm 62 years old. Great Video.

Doctors give risperidone but I don’t like side effects so I switched to Lithum 5mg Nac200 mg from pure encapsulation. It puts me in a happy mood without side effects

I took NAC when I had Covid and really seemed to help my lungs. Actually seemed to help more than anything else. Had no real side effects.

I don't know how they think they can call it a drug warranting a prescription when it is an amino acid!
They sure don't want us to have something as helpful as NAC.

I’ve been taking it 4 months now and have no issues at all. I do have a fatty liver, and I’m hoping my blood work will show an improvement.
I did notice I don’t have migraines as much since taking it.
