This has been my favorite Ben Shapiro interview, because it was not about day-to-day politics, but about philosophy and living life. Yaron Brook was excellent!

I haven't seen Ben engaged at this level in any of his sunday specials since his first couple. Excellent and enlightening conversation .

Good video. I have to disagree with almost everything Yaron believes in, but it was an awesome discussion. Thank you both of you.

Yaron Brook is easily one of the best intellectuals alive today. So much clearer than 99.9% of everyone else. It's criminal that he doesn't get more attention, including this video!

I disagree that you have to choose reason. It doesn't have to be a conscious thought to reason something out. By the most basic definition, if you make a decision that is not based on emotion you have reasoned your way through the decision. It's not such a high intellectual concept as the guests makes it out to be.

Yaron "theres no one who is happy & prosperous steeling & lying "
Sadly you are very wrong about that - unfortunately there were many people who lied, stole & killed millions & DID prosper & were quite happy with themselves (communists & fascists for example). And no they didn't avoid "reason " they just had a different compelling "reason" that took them down into hell.

I can't help but think Ben is sitting there practicing his Yaron Brook accent in his head for future use.

Still want to see Jimmy Dore on here, that would be a lively discussion. Though, I don’t believe he’d do it, I think he has the problem of emotionally hating those that aren’t “truly progressive”, ergo, not talk in opposing discussions for consumption.

I could not disagree with Yaron more.. appreciate the discussion though.

I love the Sunday Special. I am learning so much about other's perspectives in these respectful conversations. I wish these true efforts to understand were the norm in the national media.
My question for Yaron would be, "If I properly understand his self interested morality, would not George Washington be a a man of many evil decisions since he truly sacrificed in nearly every way to establish a nation in which others would live better? Especially since he had no children to benefit from his efforts."

The guest used "spiritual" many times. Rand was an atheist. Objectivism is atheistic. So spiritual based on what?!
