That actually always bothers me. In regular movies, horror flicks, mystery novels etc. Why on earth do people who have literally tried dozens of locked doors believe that one unlocked door in a place FILLED w locked doors is a possible escape route as opposed to a trap?? Do they have no survival skills AT ALL? Why do they always enter w a long breath and “oh thank God!” Bc that means I’ve wasted IDK how much time routing for complete morons! 🤭🤭🤭😂😂😂

POV: this short but my way ❤
(Warning! It does not follow the marvel story line!)
Part one:
After kidnapped by Loki, he has kept you prisoner. He tells you about his plans to attack and kill the avengers, which remotely scares you. He one day tells you,
“If you can escape me, I let you go and leave the avengers alone forever, but if not, you’re mine forever.”
You evidently run as fast as you can. You check every door in the building as he yells at you
“Keep running love!”
When you eventually find one, you hide in it. Then you realize that you can’t find the door because of how dark it is. He then grabs your arm and remarks,
“Silly y/n, did you really think I wouldn’t purposely leave one door unlocked? You’re mine now.”
You then blacked out. You wake up in a cell, unlike before when you had a room. You then see Loki walk in and say:
“For how pathetic that was, I’ll leave the avengers alone, for a week, but then, I’ll attack them. And there’s nothing you can do.” He then clapped his hands slowly, and smiled wickedly, scaring you. You step back, eventually hitting the back wall of you cell, sending electric shock waves through your body, causing you to pass out.

Part two:
*in your dreams*
“Y/n! We need you to interrogate Loki, he won’t talk unless it’s you!” Natasha comes in saying. At the time you were laying on the couch, reading a book.
“Yeah sure!” You said. You were happy to finally be able to help. She leads you down to his cell, and when he hears your footsteps, he calls out:
“You brought her.” Natasha replies saying
“Yeah, but why her?”
“She’s… different” he remarked turning around. Natasha shrugged, the walked off, whispering to you,
“I’ll be watching on cams, and the others will be ready in case something happens.” You stepped forward, with a paper of the questions to ask in your hand. You start to ask. He yells as you,
“LET ME OUT!” But you glare at him, thinking to yourself, why?
“Because I said so.” He replies.
“But- I didn’t say anything-“ you say confused
“Your mind did love.” He replied. You continued on with the questions, your heart pounding, but not from fear.

Part three:
When you finish asking him, Thor walks in, pointing at his brother with a smile.
“You, the god of mischief, got captured, by these puny mortals!” He said laughing.
“Shut up!” You and Loki say at the exact same time.
“Ironic.” He walks out, having heard what he wanted. Loki turns to you, a cold, wicked smile plaster on his face.
“When I get out, you’ll be mine.” He slowly said, sending chills down your spine, a cold sweat resting on the surface of your skin.
“Y/n, that’s all we need, let’s leave this monster alone!” Tony says coming in. You follow him out, turning back to see Loki staring at you, with the same smile still on his face. That night as you slept, you woke up to hear voices, and people walking, some running. You rush to Lokis cell, and find Thor in his place.
“Y/n, mortal it is me Thor, Loki has tricked me and he’s on the lose, please help me!” You realize, that means Loki is coming for me. You look at him, then type in the code to open the cage. He walks out and comes slowly towards you, and you watch as he slowly forms that same cold, wicked smile Loki had.

Part four:
You wake up from the horrid memory in a cold sweat, lying on the floor. You look around and can’t help but feel eyes on you, but you see nothing around you.
“Why did you want me!” You yell out into the emptiness of the room.
“How am I different from anyone else!” You yell louder, not expecting a response.
“You have a kinder heart, so let’s start there. You easier to trick, more important to the avengers, and adorable!” You hear Lokis voice say from somewhere in the room. You stand up, looking around again.
“I could be anywhere, little y/n! I could be here!” He said as he appeared at the entrance to the room where you cage was.
“Or here!” He said, now Infornt of your cage.
“Or maybe here.” He said from behind you. You could feel his breath on your shoulder. But as you turn around, you see he’s not there.
“Oh look at that! Your scared! Well anyways, they sent me a message!”
“Who’s ‘they’?” You ask
“Your friends, the avengers! Oh it’s so corny! Clint! Why don’t you read it for my little friend.” Clint then steps out of the shadows.
“It reads, give us back the kid, and we’ll let you keep the tessecat. Or we’ll come take her, and it. Your choice. You have 48 hours.” He reads.
“And the best part is! I replied saying, Come at me! You’ll never get them! So, we’re going on a trip. Pack your things. OH WAIT! You don’t have any! Clint get the kid, and let’s get out of here!” Loki said staring at you.
