I followed Ben Greenfield's air travel biohacking protocol. He has 41 pills, supplements, tools, gadgets, stretches and more to support my immune system, stay hydrated, fight jet lag and stay fit and healthy. Everything from compression socks to blue light blocking glasses to curcumin. I did over 140 air squats and drank over 16 glasses of water. So, was his advice worth it? Will this improve my longevity? Did this make traveling easier?

Every Monday morning I bring you Fitness Outrageous. Fit tips. Health hacks. Superhuman strategies! All delivered with a side of hilarious. I'm constantly working to get better at life. Wanna join me? Let's get Fitness Outrageous together :)

A lot of these have no scientific backing … 😕😕😕

This video is dedication. I consider myself a healthy traveler but doing this many "hacks" at once AND filming it is a bit crazy. Thanks for trying em for us, Ali.

So a combination of junk science, trading in healthy eating for a bunch of expensive supplements you can presumably buy from his affiliate links, and making sure your circulation is active for the entire time while also sleeping? C'mon, just eat&drink healthy, keep circulation up as much as you can, and make sure you've pencilled in a jetlag day, like a sensible person. Why do these rich weirdos always have to be like this? Thanks for telling us the few things that you actually appreciated and approved of, Ali.

Its crazy how much some people add to complicate life for no benefit. The exercise, melatonin and pillow are probably 90% of the benefits and the rest hardly matter

I'm far from a health guru, but I am a healthcare professional... Aren't most of those supplements water soluble and haven't you doing a lot of peeing? Also, were you concerned at any point that you may experience water intoxication? 😱

Keep those videos coming!!! <3

Suprised to see you trying (and therefore semi promoting) things where many of the products/methods are junk science. Do you really want to be part of that? I'll roll with it because I love your videos and what you are about but I was not expecting that kind of 'endorsement' on your channel.

So Stevia is a plant based sweetener and isn't considered an artificial sweetener.

They make foam earplugs in a bunch of sizes and shapes. I have a small ear canal and the ones you used look like 3M Yellow Neon's, which are way too big for me and I can feel the expansion pressure. I use Radians Prohibitor Small and they're perfect. This is after trying a sample pack of like 50 different ones from EarPlug superstore. I highly recommend getting fitted because you don't get the advertised noise reduction rating if the fit isn't correct.

I don’t understand why noice cancelling headphones should radiate “bad magnetic fields”. The only difference between them and the ordinary is: Microphones and some filtering (programming). 😆
And I don’t think the FCC or the airport would be happy otherwise…

Don’t trust everything you hear from someone that think a certain way.

Sorry Ali, but this video was a bit too much.

Getting exercise and electrolytes seem quite logical. The rest seemed pretty snake oily.

Have you ever done a video on circadian rhythms/optimal hours to sleep? I have watched all of your videos I think but I can’t remember. 😂 Anyway, I’d be really interested to see something like that from you…I know your sleep schedule is wonky and you mentioned not usually being awake at 8 am. I am also an artist and my sleep is insane…….for instance…it’s 9:47 am and I still haven’t gone to sleep. 🤣

I used to do oregano oil and was hoping you wouldn't put that on your tongue. It burns much! I felt so badly for you. ❤❤❤ Lol😲😲😲😂😂😂😂😂

Elderberry is actually really good for you. I take it when I start to feel sick like a sour throat. it's very good for boosting immune. you should always put a blue light filter on all your electronics cause its better for your eyes and helps you sleep better. you can do it on your computer, tablet and phone without downloading any added software, just go to setting>display & brightness>night shift. I set mine for 7AM to 6:59AM but you can set it for any time but it should be 24/7. you can also set the color temp towards more warm because it would take away the blue light from your device. melatonin is good but not in 60mg doses, that's insane.

I get your confusion on the mixed signals about artificial sweeteners, but perhaps Stevia gets a pass because it's a plant extract and doesn't have the same impact on gut health as sugar alcohols? Worth some further research at least.

kind of wild to do all these things "for your health" but not wear a mask in the airport and on the plane when that's extremely proven to *actually* reduce your chances of catching covid and other airborne illnesses.
