I have a feeling that this _might_ be a DDoS attack on Roblox's web servers. It definitely has the symptoms of one, the entire website's slowed to a crawl, and when you try to go to another webpage there's so many fake packets being sent to the servers, they can't handle your actual request to go to a page, leading to a lot of 400 (Bad Request) errors.
